SpotKing is a mobile app for skaters, surfers, and surf-skaters to discover, add, and compete at spots. The app is operated by Golden Boy Develops, based in Buenos Aires, Argentina. You can reach us at support@spotking.app.

We do not collect precise location data in the background. Location is only accessed when the app is open and you are using the map.

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose not listed above.
Content you post publicly — spots, photos, reviews, your username — is visible to all SpotKing users. Session logs and your email address are private and never shown to other users.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third party for marketing purposes.
Your data is kept for as long as your account exists. If you delete your account through the app (Profile → Delete Account), all associated data — your profile, spots, photos, reviews, votes, and session logs — is permanently deleted within 30 days.
Backups may retain deleted data for up to 30 additional days before being purged.

SpotKing is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will remove it promptly.
We may update this policy as the app evolves. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify users through the app. Continued use of SpotKing after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
